What aspects of the teaching or content of this course do you feel were especially good?
- Rubin's knowledge of the subject & his passion for it; helped get me interested in geology. He never made a class day boring with all his stories of his own experience in the field.
- It was very nice to have the visual aspect of the powerpoint to back up the lecture. It was also very helpful that all the powerpoints were available online.
- I liked how much thought he put into class. Very funny

- Pretty hard class for an intro 101, but well taught and Charlie made it interesting.
- The curve was good as well as all the guides and powerpoints online.

What changes could be made to improve learning in this course?
- Slow down a bit more
- Lectures were given very quickly and speech was sometimes almost too fast to understand.
- Your lessons are very good, but you need to slow down and let the students get all the info. from the slides.
- slow down just a bit per slide
- The grading in this class was to hard for a 100 level class
- IF he Spent less time PRaising himself and more time explaining things I might have learned somethine
