[panga-announce] Winter Panga Meeting

Panga Community:


I wanted to let everyone know that the dates for the next Panga 
meeting have been selected.

February 6th & 7th at the Dunsmuir Lodge on Vancouver island in B.C.

These dates fall on a Friday and Saturday -- we were severely 
restricted on which days we could choose (due to lodge availability), 
and based on the body of responses from Panga members, these dates 
were chosen to maximize attendance.

We will send out a follow-up email with many more details (e.g. how 
to submit abstracts, etc.) within the next week or so.

Many thanks to Herb Dragert at PGC for setting this up for us.  Herb 
has reserved 20 rooms at the lodge for Feb. 5th and 6th.  We will 
need to obtain an accurate head-count of those attending to ensure we 
have the right number of rooms; and also, if you will want to extend 
your stay through the weekend and pay for a room for Saturday night, 
we'll need to collect those names and see if we can reserve those as 
well.
