[panga-announce] GPS monitoring ofanticipated northern Cascadia ETS

Hi ETSers,
To facilitate viewing current GPS data from the myriad of new stations 
under deployment (both PBO and others) for the anticipated November 06 
event, we've set up a data page that shows time series, updated daily 
and grouped into regional clusters, from regions likely to show 
transient deformation. For this upcoming event, 20+ stations likely to 
see deformation lie in the Strait of Juan de Fuca region (list 1), but 
another hundred or so are included from areas down to Cape Mendocino, 
just for kicks. On the data page, station maps and time series are 
linked, as well as links for downloading processed time series.  Keep in 
mind the leading week or so of each time series is computed with rapid 
orbits, meaning scatter is somewhat higher, but rapid solutions will 
automatically be replaced by precise-orbit solutions as they become 
available.
