Bryon Free (BS Geology, 2012; MS Geology, 2015)

I am working for the Oregon Department of Transportation, where I have been performing engineering geology investigations on highway design projects. In conjunction with the collection of subsurface geotechnical data, I have been identifying, mapping, and cataloging the unstable slopes that impact or could impact the Oregon Highway system. I use the data collected from those investigations to prepare preliminary mitigations based on the cross-sectional and geologic data to create hazard scores and hazard maps for the highway corridors.
