Kim Beatty (BS in Geology, 2016)

I graduated June 2016 with a B.S. in Geology and GIS Certificate. I am currently working as a certified Washington State Home Care Aide (Independent Provider) but am actively pursuing options that will lead to employment in geology/environmental science. I am interested in applying to a graduate program at CWU and have recently taken steps toward that end.

I am a non-traditional student and am very happy with my choice to complete my undergrad education at CWU. Professors are genuinely concerned with your success and are eager to help when needed. The collaboration among students in the department is remarkable as well. If you are seeking a degree/career in Geology, you cannot go wrong at CWU.
