Colin Clark (BS Geology, 2012)
Recent Graduate in Ellensburg, Washington
I am in Cuenca, Ecuador at the moment visiting my parents. They moved here in 2011. It's absolutely beautiful here. If I spoke spanish with any fluency I would be applying to the Geophysical Institute down here. They have quite a few volcanoes as I'm sure you are aware. Although they likely would not be impressed by my grade in volcanology. One of the volcanoes, Tungurahua, is currently active and has been since about 2009 I believe. Landslides and urban planning seem to be a major problem as well.
I return to work in Ellensburg on the 17th of this month and will likely see you around.
