Megan Weyand (BS Geology, 2013)

Since graduating I have more or less put my two degrees to good use. I work for Mid Columbia Libraries in Pasco as a customer service specialist. I use my Spanish degree more than my geology degree, but I still find any opportunity I can to introduce science to children. Around the library kids know me as the girl who loves volcanoes.

Eventually I'll go back to school for a Master's but I have yet to decide whether I want to continue on the geology path or the Spanish one. Hopefully I'll come up with a get rich quick scheme so I won't have to decide.
