Lane Williams (BA Geology, 2010)
Air Force Pilot in Anchorage, Alaska
I flew as an air taxi pilot in Alaska for two years after graduating from CWU. Right now I'm in at Laughlin Air Force Base in Del Rio, TX, as a student pilot in the US Air Force. Soon I'm moving to Fort Rucker AL to learn to fly helicopters, and I'll eventually be flying for the 210th Rescue Squadron at Elmendorf AFB in Anchorage, AK as a Combat Search and Rescue pilot in the HH-60G Pave Hawk.
I still love geology however, and will probably try to get a master's degree from UAA when I get home!
Hope all is well in Lind Hall!
