Joe Sherrod (BS Geology, 2014)

After graduating in 2014, I was picked up right away by Weatherford International as a Wireline Engineer working in the oil fields all over the US.

I left the oil field in 2015 and started work as an environmental geologist for Environmental Partners (It was a huge change for the better!!). The environmental consulting industry is great, I love just about every aspect of my job.

Most recently I was accepted to UW starting in the fall of 2018 and will be attending their Applied Geosciences program (MESSAGe).

I had a blast at Central, and truly value all of the students and faculty.
