Congratulations to Anne Egger, Walter Szeliga,

Tim Melbourne, and Paul Winberry!

Several geology faculty members received grants this last month to extend their global research projects. Dr. Anne Egger was awarded a grant from the National Association of Geoscience Teachers for the Executive Director Appointment.

Dr. Paul Winberry received additional funding from the University of Tasmania for his Antarctic Seismic Research Services.

Dr. Walter Szeliga and Dr. Tim Melbourne received over 100,000 dollars from the National Science Foundation and UNAVCO for continuing work on Enabling Discoveries in Multiscale Earth System Dynamics: Geodetic Facility for the Advancement of Geoscience (GAGE2).
